I’ve Lost my Licence Key

If you purchaced your software from MentorMilitary.com (formally GIPubs.com), please submit a support ticket telling us which program you purchased, along with (if available) your order number.

If you purchased a box copy of our software from an MCSS, our ability to look up your license key is dependent on if you registered your software. If you did not register your software, unfortunately there is no way for us find your license key. If you registered, please provide us your name and email in a support ticket on MentorMilitary.com.
