I bought the wrong volume of Counsel Quick

Each volume of Counsel Quick contains different information. There is no overlap in material between volumes. The general rule of thumb is that Volume 1 is geared towards first line leaders. Volume 2 is geared towards more senior leaders. Volume 3 covers sort of a mixed bag of counseling subjects we felt were missing from the first two.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong version of Counsel Quick, please open a support ticket on GiPubs.com. In the ticket, include information about how you bought the product. The customer support agent will need to research your license key and make a determination based on factors such as:

• Has the software been installed?
• When was the purchase made?
• Was this a download-only purchase or a boxed copy?
