Free update: Rater Quick NCOER

A free update was released for Rater Quick NCOER this afternoon. Current owners can run the updater program from their Start menu or select Check for Updates under the Help menu in the program.This minor update includes a handful of graphical changes and an update to the counseling forms included in the software.
