If i refuse to sign a counseling, do I still have to do the plan of action?
Rather then not signing the counseling, is there a way to not do the plan of action as a E-4 n below?

How can I counter act the action plans?

Can my 1sg get rid of my action plans?

If i refuse to sign a counseling, do I still have to do the plan of action? You must still do the plan of action to the best of your ability or risk the penalty of disobeying an order.

Rather then not signing the counseling, is there a way to not do the plan of action as a E-4 n below? If you don’t sign you are setting yourself up for failure. Consider disagreeing and signing the counseling statement and attach your statement of disagreement

How can I counter act the action plans? You should do the plan of action or risk some additional corrective training or punishment under the UCMJ

Can my 1SG get rid of my action plans? He could overturn the plan of action if he believes it is unfair or inappropriate.
